Who we are
Klene Supreme, LLC (“Klene Supreme”, “we”, “us”) is a family-owned commercial cleaning company based in Palm Beach County, FL 33470. We clean hotels, resorts, restaurants and offices from Orlando to Miami, Naples and Fort Myers. This policy covers this website, the LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms on our ads, and the text messages we send.

What we collect
- What you send us through a form on this site: your name, title, the property or company, email, phone number, property type, area, address, size of the space, the service and schedule you’re after, preferred walkthrough times and anything you write in the details box. If you apply for a job, the roles, availability, experience and transportation you tell us about.
- What you share through a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form: when you submit one of the forms on our LinkedIn ads, LinkedIn passes us the details you choose to share on it, such as your name, job title, company, and work email or phone number. LinkedIn’s own handling of your information is covered by LinkedIn’s privacy policy.
- Your choices on the form: whether you checked the box to receive text messages from us, and that you accepted our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy, with the time.
- Where you came from: if you reach the site through a link with a source tag (for example from LinkedIn or one of our emails), we note that tag with your request. It is kept in your browser only for that visit and is not a cookie.
- Basic technical information that our hosting provider records whenever a page is loaded, such as IP address and browser type, used to run and protect the site.
We don’t use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this site. We count page visits, and how many quote requests and walkthrough bookings come in, with Vercel Web Analytics. It doesn’t use cookies or collect your name or contact details; it tells visits apart with an anonymous code that resets every day. The site’s fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when a page loads.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, book and confirm walkthroughs, and prepare quotes.
- To follow up with you about our cleaning services.
- To provide and schedule the cleaning services you hire us for, and to keep the records that go with them.
- To consider job applications.
- To send you text messages, only if you agreed to receive them.
We don’t sell or rent your personal information.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are filed in our internal customer system, Klene Supreme HQ, and in HubSpot, our customer records. We reply by email through Google Workspace. These systems are run by service providers that host them for us: Vercel and Neon (this website and Klene Supreme HQ), HubSpot and Google.
Who we share it with
We only share your information with service providers acting for us — the ones named above and our text messaging provider — to run our business. They may not use your information for their own purposes. We may also disclose information when the law requires it. None of this applies to mobile numbers or SMS consent for anyone’s marketing: text message data is covered by the next section.
Text messages (SMS)
We do not sell or share mobile numbers, SMS consent, or message data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may share this information only with service providers (e.g., carriers, messaging platforms) to operate our SMS program. Message frequency may vary. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out; HELP for help.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.
You only receive text messages from us if you check the text message box on one of our website forms. See our Terms of Service for the full text messaging terms.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and customer records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time; we’ll do so unless we’re required to keep it.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email info@klenesupreme.com. To stop emails from us, reply to any of them and ask us to stop, or email the same address. To stop text messages, reply STOP.
Security
Our systems are reached over encrypted connections and access is limited to the people at Klene Supreme who need it to do their jobs. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.
Children
This site and our LinkedIn forms are meant for businesses and job applicants. They are not directed to children under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here with a new “Last updated” date.
