These terms cover your use of this website and the text messages Klene Supreme, LLC (“Klene Supreme”, “we”, “us”) sends. Cleaning work we do for a client is covered by that client’s own written agreement with us, not by these terms.
Quotes and walkthroughs
The information on this site describes our services in general. A quote is our estimate for your property, usually after a walkthrough, and only becomes binding when we both sign a written agreement. Booking a walkthrough or requesting a quote doesn’t commit you to anything.
Text messaging terms
If you opt in, Klene Supreme sends you recurring automated customer care text messages about your quote request, walkthrough bookings and reminders, scheduling, and service updates for your property, and replies to your questions.
Message and data rates apply, message frequency may vary, Reply STOP to opt-out, Reply HELP for assistance, consent is not a condition of purchase, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- How you opt in: by checking the text message box on one of our website forms and sending the form. The box is optional and starts unchecked.
- To stop: reply STOP to any message. We’ll send one message confirming you’re unsubscribed, and no more after that unless you agree again.
- For help: reply HELP, email info@klenesupreme.com or call (561) 635-6275.
- Your mobile number, SMS consent and message data are handled as described in our Privacy Policy: never sold, and never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Using this site
Please use the site and its forms only to contact us or apply for work, and don’t send anything false, harmful or on someone else’s behalf without their permission. The text, design and photos on this site belong to Klene Supreme. Client names describe work we have done and belong to their owners.
No warranties
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Klene Supreme isn’t liable for any loss that comes from using this website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Changes
If we change these terms, we’ll post the new version here with a new effective date.
